Relax in the middle of the nature of Czech Canada

Recharge your batteries in our hotel wellness & balneo. You’ll enjoy a 25-metre swimming pool with two whirlpools, a Finnish sauna, a biosauna, a steam room, an outdoor cooling pool and lounge chairs in the lounge and poolside. In the balneo you can choose between two massage rooms, a salt cave and a private hot tub with chromotherapy for two people.

Opening hours of the pool and whirlpools: 6 a.m. – 10 p.m.

Wellness opening hours: 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.

Opening hours of the balneo: 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.

The pool, whirlpools, wellness and balneo area are open to hotel guests and passers-by.

In case of interest, the entrance/procedure must be booked at least 24h in advance.

Swimming pool and whirlpools

Take as many lengths as you can manage. Amenity Czech Canada is the only resort to offer a 25m swimming pool. At the same time, there are two whirlpools in the pool area. A panoramic view of the hotel’s garden completes the pleasant atmosphere.

The 25m long, heated, indoor swimming pool with water attractions and the possibility of changing the colour of the backlighting offers panoramic views of the hotel garden. Stretch your body after a sporting performance or kick-start your metabolism at the start of a new day. Entry to the pool including whirlpools can also be purchased separately.

Whirlpools

Two whirlpools by the pool help to wash away stress and relieve muscle tension. They allow for greater flexibility and help to take away painful sensations from affected or strained areas of the body.

Wellness

The largest of our wellness centres offers a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, a steam room, an outdoor cooling pool and a relaxation room overlooking the hotel garden for perfect relaxation.

A pleasant sweat bath with a completely different climate than the sauna. It is not as hot, so it does not get as hot, as the temperature in the steam is between 40 – 50°C with up to 100% humidity. It is ideal for muscle relaxation and better blood circulation.

Finnish sauna

The Finnish dry sauna is a wooden room with air heated to a temperature of 60-100 °C. The humidity is usually very low, the body warms up and releases endorphins. This leads to a great reduction in muscle tension and an increase in the range of movement of the joints.

Biosauna

The biosauna perfectly combines two environments – a Finnish sauna and a steam bath. Due to the more pleasant environment, it can be used by children or the elderly and can also be visited by people with high blood pressure to a reasonable extent.

So if you are not comfortable with the dry air and high temperatures in the Finnish sauna, the biosauna is the ideal choice for you.

Choose one of the massages on offer, improve your airway clearance and detoxify your body in the salt cave or enjoy chromotherapy overlooking the garden in the private whirlpool for 2 people.

The effects of the salt cave on the human body are very positive. By inhaling the fine salt particles, the airway patency is improved, which contributes to a better functioning of the respiratory system. The salt cave also helps in the prevention of allergic reactions and promotes recovery after respiratory diseases. In addition, it has a positive effect on reducing stress and promoting relaxation, thus contributing to the overall relaxation of the organism. This method also promotes oxygenation of the body and aids detoxification. The temperature in the cave ranges from 19 to 22 °C.

Discover rehabilitation in a whirlpool bath for two people with a coloured light source with hydromassage and garden view.

Chromotherapy, sometimes called colour therapy, is a method of alternative medicine. Chromotherapy can use light of different colors to balance the “energy” that a person lacks in the body, whether on a physical, emotional, spiritual or mental level.
