Buffet half board is included for guests staying in hotel rooms. The hotel restaurant also offers its current menu. Standalone houses are accommodation without catering.
What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Dinner is served from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

How large is the swimming pool?
Wellness & Balneo includes a heated 25-metre indoor swimming pool with two whirlpools, suitable for recreational and fitness swimming.
What are the opening hours of the pool with whirlpools?
For resort guests, the pool with whirlpools is open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.; from 6:30 to 8:00 a.m. it is reserved for swimmers. For the general public, the pool is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. See Wellness in Czech Canada for current details.
Is pool access included in the accommodation price?
Yes. For hotel guests and guests staying in the houses, access to the pool and whirlpools until 7:00 p.m. is included in the stay. After 7:00 p.m., admission is charged according to the current wellness price list.
Is the wellness area also accessible to day visitors who are not staying overnight?
Yes. Wellness & Balneo is also open to the public during designated times. Wellness is open to the public from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., while Balneo is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Booking at least 24 hours in advance is required and admission is subject to current capacity.
When can I use the saunas and other wellness treatments? How do I book them?
Resort guests can use the wellness area and saunas from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.; public wellness hours are 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Balneo is open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. for resort guests and from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for the public. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Early arrival and late departure are possible if reserved during online booking or upon individual arrangement with the reception, depending on current resort capacity.
Is parking at the Česká Kanada resort free of charge?
Yes, parking is free of charge. Hotel rooms, including the interconnected room for 4–5 guests, include 1 parking space. Houses for 4 or more guests have 1–2 parking spaces available.
Is it possible to stay with pets?
Yes, pets are allowed. The fee is CZK 500 per night. A maximum of 1 pet per room is allowed, only in selected room types. For larger breeds, we recommend consulting the reception before booking.
